Chairman's Message

Beginning the new ILCUK year with thanking all fellow Central Executive Members of my club for bestowing their belief in me to lead the club for the 2nd time consecutively, as the 7th Chairman of our Club for the year 2023-24.

Congratulations to my last year team on successful completion of year 2022-2023 and taking the club to greater heights in spite constraints and difficulties caused by not only Brexit but also by the Pandemic lockdown. It was a remarkable achievement by the last year team to organise the maximum numbers of events and conferences on various legal and political issues within the UK and around the world affecting mainly the legal community. I would also thank the team for organising the trip and meeting with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasburg France.

I must also congratulate all the Central Executive Committee for making the Oath Taking Ceremony in the Parliament building where the Members of Parliament attended in great numbers and recognised the ILCUK and the great work the club has done since 2015, This was of course the highest recognition for a Club.

The dedicated & passionate team of the Core Committee and Central Executive Members (CEC) are my pillar of strength. We will endeavour to explore new avenues of opportunities in serving our communities and mainly our legal community.

I also welcome all those new members and organisations who have joined us in the year 2022-2023 and I hope many of them will continue to work hard along with us and soon some of them will not only become the Central Executive Members but will also lead the Club as Chairman and Secretary General.

Life of a lawyer is a combination of hard straggles and hard work on every day for the best interest of his/her clients, but I think there should be a line of entertainment in a week/month for physical and mental fitness. Therefore, ILCUK aim to promote sports activities and other entertainment activities and make them part of life for all members lawyers.
Through ILCUK, our lawyers can not only share their sports activities Like cricket and football matches but also can plan healthy activities like gym, tours, barbeque with each other. In-Sha-ALLAH, it will be an excellent platform to give happiness in the life of all members lawyers.

Friendship, bonding within Members & fellowship will be the topmost priority to make the club one big lawyer family, where each member has the sense of involvement and togetherness.

I start this journey of mine seeking blessings, support, and co-operation from all of you.
